Software Delivery Information

You can download your software in your Autodesk Account. We send you an order fulfillment email message after we process your payment and generate the licensing and activation information. When you receive the email, You can activate your software with key given in the email. If you don't receive the confirmation or fulfillment email messages within 48 hours, check your Spam and Junk folders or Contact Us for assistance.

Refund Policy

You can return any Autodesk product or service purchased from this website, including subscription contracts, within 30 days of the purchase. Please see below for full details on the return/refund process.
Orders are processed immediately, and cannot be cancelled. You can, however, receive a full refund for any product or service purchased on this site, if you request your refund within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds for any undesired product or service purchased on the Autodesk Store must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Refunds for defective products must be requested within 90 days of purchase. If you’ve purchased a boxed shipment, you are no longer required to return the physical product.
In order to process a refund, please follow the following steps: 1. To obtain a refund for physical and/or digital product(s) please Contact Customer Service. 2. A Letter of Destruction (LOD) will be e-mailed to you. 3. Follow the instructions in the e-mail. These instructions will inform you how to submit your LOD. 4. Upon receiving the LOD, the returns department will validate the return according to our policy. All returns must be within our return period for that product - please review our refund policy for details. 5. Once the Letter of Destruction is received, we will begin processing a credit within 3 to 5 business days.
INSTANCES OF REFUND You may return a product or cancel a service purchased from Autodesk on this website in any of the following instances: 1. UNDESIRED PRODUCT OR SERVICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE You may request a refund for any product or service purchased from this website, for any reason whatsoever, within 30 days of purchasing the product or service. For product returns, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide a copy of your order confirmation and invoice. Digital River does not require you to return a physical product. Instead, we will send you a Letter of Destruction. You simply ”Accept” the Letter of Destruction certifying that you will no longer use the product, and we issue your refund (excluding shipping). For service cancellations, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase of the services, notify us of your desire to cancel the services purchased by you and provide a copy of your order confirmation and invoice. We will cancel the services and credit you with a full refund. 2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF DELIVERY You may return an Autodesk product purchased from this site if the product does not provide the general features and functions described in the User Documentation as further defined in the Software License Agreement governing use of that product. To return a defective product, you must contact us within 90 days of purchase and provide a copy of your order confirmation and invoice. Digital River will send you a short declaration to sign and return, and we will then replace the defective product. Digital River may request that you return physical media for review and quality control.
Your refund will appear on your card within 5-7 business days of us receiving your completed LOD.
